Usage
Do not sell the artwork. The artwork is for personal use only if not discussed or stated otherwise.
The artwork is copyrighted to myself. Do not claim the artwork as your own. Licenced work is listed as branding commissions and will be charged differently.
I reserve the right to upload the artwork to my portfolio or art gallery if not discussed otherwise.
I reserve the rights to any unused sketches and concepts if not discussed otherwise.
If you would like to use the artwork for commercial use and it is not listed as such, please discuss this in your commission request. If you would like to use a commission labeled as private for commercial purposes additional charges will be taken.
Any usage in AI Programms or as NFTs or any kind of accociated products is stricly prohibited.

Refund
I do not refund complete artworks, only if the commission is still in progress.
The refund will be determined by the amount of work left to do.
